Who we are
Online Rehabilitation (spas.life) is a Christian volunteer program helping people with addiction and their loved ones. This policy explains what data we receive through the site and how we handle it.
What data we collect
We only receive what you enter yourself in the forms on the site:
- name;
- phone and/or email;
- who needs help and a brief description of the situation;
- a convenient time and preferred way to reach you;
- the messages you send us.
How we use your data
Only to contact you, understand your situation and arrange a call with a mentor. We do not use your data for advertising and do not build profiles from it.
Confidentiality and sharing
We never sell, publish, or pass your personal data to third parties. Only the program's coordinators and mentors have access to your requests.
The only exception is where disclosure is directly required by law, or where there is an imminent risk to life (yours or someone else's). In every other case, your story stays yours alone.
Services we use
To deliver your request to us and arrange a meeting, we use third-party services: email and Telegram for notifications, and a calendar service for booking. These services process data only to pass your message to us and operate under their own privacy terms.
Data retention
We keep your requests no longer than needed to help you, and delete them at your request.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your data. Just write to us and we will do it.
Children
The program is intended for adults. If you are a minor, please take part with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
Important note
We are not a medical provider and do not replace a doctor, so medical regulations such as HIPAA do not apply to us. Nonetheless, we treat your data with respect and care.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
