Is it free?
Yes. This is a volunteer program; we do not charge for participation.
Is it a Christian program?
Yes. The program is based on Christian values, reading the Gospel, prayer and practical support.
Can I just talk first?
Yes. You can book a 15-minute call with a mentor for that.
Do you help relatives?
Yes. There is separate information, support and a way to ask a question for relatives.
Does the program replace a doctor?
No. We do not replace medical, psychiatric or legal help. In dangerous conditions, please contact emergency services.
