Our method of recovery

It all starts with the truth about yourself — with no judgment or pressure. A mentor simply listens and helps you see the situation clearly.
2. Return to God
At the core of the method is restoring a connection with God through prayer and the Gospel. Faith gives the strength that was missing before.
3. Walking with a mentor
Beside you walks someone who has been through addiction and recovery themselves. You are no longer alone in this fight.
4. Practical steps
Small daily decisions that keep you sober and gradually bring back joy, family and meaning.
