How the program works ## The Gospel, prayer, honest conversation and responsibility Each session can include reading and reflecting on the Gospel, prayer, an emotional and practical part, and concrete steps for the week ahead. 01 ### Reading the Gospel A short passage — and a real conversation about what it means for you right now. 02 ### Prayer Not a ritual, but an honest conversation with God. Many people pray for the first time here. 03 ### Talking with a mentor Talk about what is really going on. No judgment, no advice from above. 04 ### Steps for the week One small, concrete task — something you can do before the next meeting. No two meetings are alike. Some begin with questions about faith. We deliberately do not publish their surnames or photos — it is a matter of respect for each person’s journey. But their stories are real, and you can read about each of them.
